I had a delightful experience at this hotel, especially thanks to the amazing family-friendly atmosphere and the exceptional Kerala cuisine. While the ambiance might not be the highlight, the delicious food makes it worthwhile. The staff were definitely a highlight, as they went out of their way to accommodate us. However, the lack of a vibrant setting was a bit disappointing.
